Accepting new clients
As a therapist, I embody patience, openness, and curiosity, complemented by a touch of humor. While therapy is a process of healing, I view my clients as inherently whole individuals. My role is to assist them in recognizing and acknowledging their inherent wholeness. Therapy, to me, is about restoring innocence to live more freely, resolving internal conflicts to achieve peace, and exploring the self for greater understanding and perspective.
My therapeutic approach is influenced by psychoanalytic, existential, mindfulness, and Buddhist psychological principles. My training and education were obtained from Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies. I work with individuals ages 15 and older with specialties in addiction and recovery, depression, anxiety, spiritual and existential concerns, and life transitions.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my wife, our two sons, and our furry friend Leon. In my free time, I enjoy watching the Timberwolves, keeping up with sports, practicing yoga and meditation, checking out sneakers and fashion trends, and listening to music.
