I am a relational and systemic therapist providing individual (ages 14 and up), couples, and family therapy. My work focuses on clients who are at what many call their "breaking point"—a space I prefer to call the changing point. I hold space for that profound desire for growth, deep understanding, and the courage to break generational cycles.
In session, I bring my authentic self into the room, prioritizing the strength of the therapeutic relationship while integrating a blend of evidence-based modalities—including Experiential Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Systemic Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and the Gottman Method—all applied through an intentional trauma-informed lens. Our work will be a collaborative journey to make sense of the experiences that brought you here, define where you want to go, and support you every step of the way.
I have extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family-of-origin dynamics, developmental trauma, intimacy and sexual health concerns, and major life transitions.
I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. I am working toward LMFT licensure under the supervision of Laura Hagen, MA, LMFT.
