Accepting new clients (telehealth only)

I bring nearly a decade of clinical experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I specialize in supporting adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and substance use concerns. My therapeutic approach is rooted in strength-based, solution-focused, and person-centered philosophies, integrating techniques from psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and 12-step facilitation, with supplementary practices like mindfulness-based stress reduction and meditation to nurture overall wellness.

Outside of work, I’m an avid outdoorsman—I find balance and renewal in fishing and gardening, as well as cooking and spending quality time with family and friends. A lifelong sports enthusiast, I enjoy cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and sharing game days with friends and family. These interests keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance—an outlook I brings into my work, creating a welcoming space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
