I’m a trauma-informed, relational therapist who believes in the power of connection and healing through relationship. I specialize in helping people reclaim their sense of self after experiencing manipulation, narcissistic abuse, or abuse within high control groups. My work centers on healing self-worth, rebuilding trust in your own voice, and learning to feel safe in your body again.

I seek to bring a grounded, compassionate presence to therapy and believe that deep healing happens when we feel truly seen and supported. In our work together, we’ll gently explore the stories and survival patterns that once kept you safe to help you reconnect with the parts of you that long for freedom, authenticity, and peace.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I integrate somatic and mindfulness-based approaches including trauma-informed yoga and brainspotting to help regulate the nervous system and support healing from the inside out. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, come home to yourself, and build a life that you have the choice to design.

In my free time, I love to spend time adventuring outside with my husband and corgi, spending time with close friends and family, cooking lots of cozy soups, and adding to my ever-growing sweater collection.

I earned my master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. I am working toward LMFT licensure under the licensed supervision of Laura Hagen, MA, LMFT.
