Accepting new clients

I'm a therapist who shows up as real, curious, and down-to-earth. People I work with often say they feel comfortable, seen, and not judged—which is exactly what I aim for. I believe therapy works best when we build a strong, genuine connection, and I’ll always meet you where you're at.

I work a lot with adults who look like they’ve got it all together on the outside, but inside are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. I also specialize in OCD and help clients manage intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and the exhausting cycle that comes with them. I work with couples, too—whether you're looking to strengthen your relationship, communicate better, or navigate a tough season together.

My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I use mindfulness, practical tools, and a deeper look at how your past, environment, and relationships may be influencing how you're feeling now. I also bring my background in Human Resources into the room, which gives me insight into career stress and how it impacts mental health.

More than anything, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be yourself, feel supported, and actually see progress.

When I’m not working, I’m probably spending time with family and friends, baking something new, watching sports (March Madness is my favorite), or rearranging a room just for fun.

I earned my master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. I am working toward LPCC licensure under the licensed supervision of Laura Hagen, MA, LMFT.
