If you’ve taken the step to join therapy, you’ve already taken a difficult step towards your healing process, and I’m here to walk alongside with you. My goal is to provide you with a safe and accepting space, and meet you exactly where you are. Your feelings and experiences are not only valid but also incredibly unique and special.

By building a strong partnership together and using my expertise in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), my hope is to help you create a more fulfilling and meaningful life. In addition to DBT, I use a mix of therapeutic strategies to help you develop skills to address undesired symptoms and cope with challenging life circumstances, while also helping you gain insight into your experiences and understanding of yourself.

As someone who understands the significance of being a minority, I deeply value clients from diverse backgrounds and their stories. Your story matters, and my goal is to listen, ensure you feel acknowledged, and create a space where you feel secure. There's a quote I hold dear: “Our scars can lead us to the most beautiful parts of ourselves.”

Beyond our therapeutic journey, I find happiness in outdoor adventures, connecting with the beauty of nature, enjoying board games that bring people together, and discovering new local places to eat.

I earned my master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. I am working toward LPCC licensure under the licensed supervision of Laura Hagen, MA, LMFT.
